Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and jeta9.
Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeta9 platform and all related services ("Services"). When you create an account on jeta9, access it, or use any of its services, you are agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply specifically to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Account Eligibility
The following conditions must be met to register and use jeta9's services:
- You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- You must register under your real identity; providing false information is prohibited.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- You must use the account for your own personal use — using an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- You must be a resident of an area where accessing jeta9's services is legally permitted.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. jeta9 reserves the right to verify your identity when necessary. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, the account may be closed and any balance may be subject to forfeiture.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
jeta9 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account quickly.
If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact our 24/7 support team. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Account verification must be completed for a successful withdrawal. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
- Withdrawal funds will only be sent back via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Amounts tied to unfulfilled bonus conditions cannot be withdrawn.
- jeta9 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests when necessary.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if fraud is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions
jeta9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each offer. The general bonus policy is as follows:
Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit gives an extra ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For a ৳12,000 deposit, the bonus is still capped at ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.
Wagering Conditions
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based only on the bonus amount — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer can be claimed once only.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be used as a cash substitute.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses may result in account closure.
- jeta9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
jeta9 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure fair play:
- Using any automated software, bots, or similar technology.
- Exploiting any system errors or bugs.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Filing chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, jeta9 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
VIP Program & Rewards
jeta9 has three VIP tiers for loyal members. Weekly cashback and special benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
You may advance to a higher tier based on your activity and loyalty. Special promotions and offers may apply to VIP members. VIP cashback amounts are credited directly to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jeta9 platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and designs — is under jeta9's exclusive intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-party game software — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt — operates under the respective company's own license.
Responsible Gaming

Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. All pending bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure. Deposited and verified funds will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.
jeta9 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process.
